ePIPE is proud to support opportunities that educate students, contractors, property owners, and industry professionals about the benefits of patented leak protection technology and in-place pipe restoration.

For more than 15 years, ePIPE has helped raise awareness around the world about “in-place” pipe restoration as an alternative to traditional repiping. Through lunch and learns, live project tours, product demonstrations, and educational sessions, ePIPE continues to show how existing piping systems can be restored with less disruption, less demolition, and faster return to service.

With one of the fastest return-to-service solutions in the industry for drinking water pipes, most homes can be restored in just one day. That means homeowners and property managers can help address leaks and corrosion without the mess, stress, and destruction often associated with a full repipe.

Teaching the Benefits of ePIPE at Orange Coast College

Recently, ePIPE visited Construction Technology students at Orange Coast College to teach them about the benefits of the ePIPE process and the many piping applications it can support.

Students learned how ePIPE can be used for drinking water pipes in homes, hotels, apartments, and other commercial buildings. The educational session also covered additional applications, including gas lines, swimming pool lines, and fire sprinkler lines.

The session included both a lecture and hands-on demonstrations of the ePIPE process, giving students a practical look at how the technology helps address corrosion and leaks in metallic and non-metallic piping systems.

Supporting Water Conservation Through Leak Protection

In 2014, ePIPE helped prevent nearly 14.5 million gallons of customer-side domestic water leakage in California alone. By helping reduce water loss from leaking pipes, ePIPE supports water conservation efforts while helping property owners extend the life of existing piping systems.

ePIPE is also a proud member of the United States Green Building Council, reflecting its commitment to more sustainable building and infrastructure solutions.
